Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Degree
MCP/MCTS/MCSE/MCITP certification required
Job Requirement
1st Line IT support for internal customers both in UK and India
Follow process and procedures as detailed for customer issue resolution / escalation
User account administration on UNIX / Mainframe applications
MS Exchange Server administration
Active Directory administration
Understanding of VMWare or any RDP tool
good communication skills
