Good Comuncation Skills
Installation, maintaining and attending day-to-day user's problem calls.
Installation and updating of Desktop operating system and other software.
Install, Configure & maintain e-mail clients.
Troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows XP, vista, Windows 7).
Remote hardware troubleshooting.
Support on windows networking (wired and wireless).
Remote connectivity tools.
DNS & DHCP.
Performance troubleshooting.
File and printer sharing services.
Users and groups management.
Antivirus and Anti-spam installation and troubleshooting.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers, scanner and peripheral devices.
Willing to travel and should have own transportation
