Experience & Skillsets

  • Any IT Degree + RHCE
  • Knowledge in Server Hardware (Tower,Rack,Blade), RAID setup and configuration, Os installation and configuration(Windows & Linux), trouble shooting, Basic Knowledge in Storage DAS,NAS and SAN, Basic knowledge in Backup,Endpoint security using antivirus software
  • Networking: switch (L2/L3) ,Router  installation and configuration, Knowledge in structured Network design,Network Security,Firewall configuration.
  • Configuration of DAS, NAS and SAN, SAN switch configuration,Windows/Linux Fail over Clustering, Windows Hyper-v Clustering, MSSQL Fail-over Clustering, SCCM, SCVMM, Basics of Server virtualization (VMware,Citrix,Hyper-v),VMware vsphere Installation and cluster configuration, Automated backup using aplliance/software, Mail server (Exchange/ Zymbra / Lotus Notes ).
  • Knowledge in DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, SSH, etc.
  • Linux: Squid Proxy, default Mail server like postfix, sendmail, squirrel mail, Web Server, PHP My admin,Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL,NFS share mounting
