Responsibilities:



  • Candidates with RHCE Certification are preferred
  • CCNA knowledge is preferred
  • Respond to customer tickets and product incidents by phone, calls, email, chats, and online and process through to resolution, recording the status, further communications, followups, and outcomes.
  • Solve customer issues through a broad range of processes, methods, and collaboration with other members of the team ensuring customers' satisfaction.
  • Proactively provide updates to the customer on the status.
  • Management of Front-line Technical Support
  • Answering queries about products and services.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Work closely with the Product teams/engineers to resolve software issues and defects.
  • Contribute to the development of the team knowledge base and online resources.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Able to communicate technical information and data verbally and in writing for a variety of audiences
  • Good interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
