RHCE Certified
Knowledge of 'C'
2013 & 2014 batch
Only for freshers

Skills Required
Understanding of Linux and Open Source.
Theoretical knowledge of networking, UNIX-like services and concepts
Good analytical and reasoning skills
Very good English (written and oral) communication skills
Should be comfortable working in shifts and handle phone calls when required

Job Responsibilities
Perform initial investigation and respond to web cases, gather information for each issue presented, and carry out the necessary research to provide analysis and fully understand the issue.
Propose workarounds if appropriate
Propose and discuss fixes while providing advice and educating customers
Work with engineering, product management, and support management when necessary in order to prioritize customers' requests
Incorporate your findings in Red Hat's knowledge base
Support Red Hat's global customers on technical issues, using phone, chat, and remote access tool during the customer's business hours

Stipend: 15,000 INR to 20,000 INR (For 6 months)
