- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to initiate and maintain professional conversations.
- Good research skills and the ability to identify potential companies, prospects, and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of IT and technology services.
- Ability to conduct lead generation and prospect research across target industries and international markets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, email outreach, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with professionals across different industries and seniority levels.
- Strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Proactive attitude, persistence, resilience, and a target-oriented approach are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
