Job Requirements
Minimum 6-8 years’ experience as a Finance Business Analyst/Functional Consultant.
5-6years’ experience with Oracle ERP with experience in Oracle 11i or higher.
Implementation experience and detailed understanding of the following Oracle Applications modules in Release 11i: AP, PO, AR, FA, CM, i-Expense, i-Proc, GL in the Global Finance Organization.
Working knowledge of Oracle configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces.
Must have exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users.
Must have experience giving presentations to senior management and Business Process engineering.
Exposure to SQL, Discoverer, Toad Desirable
Job Responsibilities
Document functional business requirements and business cases
Manage requirements process with end users
Assist with translating business requirements into a solution design
Participate in appropriate steps during system development life cycle to ensure functional requirements are met.
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives
Perform gap analysis: as is vs. to be
Participate in end to end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management
Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts
Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff
Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
