1. Good communication skills
2. Good knowledge in scripting languages like Bash or Python or Java
3. Strong Analysis and trouble shooting skills
4. Basic server management and maintenance
5. Maintain stronger Customer relationship
6. Quality checking
7. Quick learner
8. Knowledge in Windows and Linux OS
9. Knowledge in MySQL/SQL databases (preferable)
Job role:
1. Managing on time delivery to customers
2. Support customer in solving their issues and difficulties
3. Analyze and troubleshoot the issues from customers
4. Monitor and manage the servers
5. Proper escalation to other team after analyzing the issues
6. Assure quality before the customer delivery
7. Proper communication with all team members
8. Pro active support to customers and getting feedback from the customers
9. Handling calls and mails from customer
10. Willing to work on Customer sites
11. Willing to work in our Client's office in Delhi for about 6 months immediate after joining
